Cancellation and Refund Policy

In case of cancellation more than 15 days before the arrival date:

Your payment will be fully refunded.

In case of cancellation between 15 days and 3 days before the arrival date:

Your payment will be 50% refunded.

In case of cancellation 2 days or less before the arrival date, no-show, or early departure:

The full amount of the stay remains due.

Cancellation requests:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (by email or other means accepted by the establishment). The date of receipt of the request will serve as the reference for calculating cancellation deadlines.

Note: All refunds will be processed by bank transfer, minus any applicable banking fees. Processing times may take up to 15 calendar days.
